Paycivo is a product operated by Matrix Infotech LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our invoicing platform at paycivo.com (the "Service").

• Billing information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details)
• Invoice data: client names, addresses, line items, amounts
• Any notes or content you add to invoices

• Log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time and date of visits
• Device information: operating system, browser version
• Usage data: features used, actions taken within the app
• Sign-in history: IP address, browser/device details, and authentication method (password, Google, or magic link) recorded each time you log in

Data storage: All invoice, client, and account data is stored securely in our cloud infrastructure. Your browser's local storage is used only to remember your UI preferences such as theme (light/dark mode) and interface language.
