  • Billing information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details)
  • Invoice data: client names, addresses, line items, amounts
  • Any notes or content you add to invoices

  • Device information: operating system, browser version
  • Usage data: features used, actions taken within the app
  • Sign-in history: IP address, browser/device details, and authentication method (password, Google, or magic link) recorded each time you log in

Data storage: All invoice, client, and account data is stored securely in our cloud infrastructure. Your browser's local storage is used only to remember your UI preferences such as theme (light/dark mode) and interface language.
