1. Acceptance of Terms

Paycivo is a product operated by Matrix Infotech LLC. By accessing or using Paycivo ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Paycivo is a web-based invoicing platform that enables freelancers and small businesses to create, manage, and send professional invoices. The Service includes invoice generation, client management, PDF export, payment tracking, and related features.

3. Account Registration

To use Paycivo you must be at least 18 years old and create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Paycivo offers Free, Pro, and Business plans. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. All paid plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee. You may cancel at any time from Account → Billing.

Applicable sales tax or VAT may be added to your subscription price depending on your location. Where required by law, Matrix Infotech LLC collects and remits sales tax on behalf of customers in applicable jurisdictions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Paycivo to:

  • Create fraudulent or deceptive invoices
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Transmit malware or harmful code

6. Intellectual Property

Paycivo and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Matrix Infotech LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the invoice content and data you create using the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paycivo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may request account closure at any time by contacting us at legal@paycivo.com. Upon termination, your data will be deleted upon your written request to legal@paycivo.com.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
